Time I'm ToldFrom the beginning of my time, or more accuratly the beginning of my knowledge and sense of time, I have been told of straight lines. Time, I was told, was a busy man with only one destination in mind; and though he was in no hurry to get there he certainly did not stray from his path. As our little world revolves around our Sun the light of Day gives way to the dark of Night who then, as a gentlemen should, steps aside for Day once more. According to my peers, my parents, and every intulectual I know, Time is very fond of this motion and refers to it as the passing of time, as progression on the timeline.
